Withdrawal from the contract (Odstoupení od smlouvy)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the plot-check contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded (terms, section 11.1; the first day of the period is the day after, and a last day on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday moves to the next working day). You meet the deadline if you send the withdrawal before it ends. If you asked for an immediate start, the right ends when the report is fully delivered (section 11.4); if you withdraw earlier, section 11.2 applies.

Fill in the form and choose one way: the button “Potvrdit odstoupení od smlouvy” (Confirm withdrawal) opens an e-mail with the text filled in, in your own e-mail program (you send it), or print the form, sign it and post it. We confirm receipt without undue delay by e-mail, stating its content and the date and time it was sent. This page sends and stores nothing; your data stay in your browser.
